Hi there, hope you can help.

I have an instance (Developer Edition) that I created about a year ago.  It does not have Service Console app (or Sales Console app) in Lightning.  Is that the expected behavior?  If so, what do I need to do to have that app?  I just created a brand new Developer Edition and sure enough there are Service Console app and Sales Console app in my App Switcher.  

I would just like to know how I can add them to an instance that's a year old.

The reason I'm asking is because I would like to try out that "Service Setup" but it's not available in this old instance of mine; it's available in this newer instance.
