I ran the Lightning Readiness Check, and I'm not clear on the results regarding Visualforce.  The Readiness Report estimates 268 hours for Visualforce "Development, Configuration and Administration", however the second report (Lightning Experience Visualforce Report) doesn't flag anything and says my VF pages are ready for Lightning.  All of these VF pages are in managed packages.  Any insight into what appears to be a discrepancy between the two reports?  Thanks.
