Has anyone gotten this error when trying to access the LEX Migration Assistant? 

'Uncaught TypeError: YL(...).l is not a function throws at https://[my org].my.salesforce.com/auroFW/javascript/nRhh35v.............

It won't run. Just shows continuous loading on that screen with that error across the frame
