Hi All, 

We are in the process of planning out our move to Lightning plan to go live early 2018.

Wanted some feedback in regards to training.

What works best to train about 400 users?  Webinars or In-person - F2F

What approvals if any, did you need get for F2F training?

Did you have any major obstacles you had to go throw to get the F2F training approved? Please provide some details on how you did this?

Any best practices.
