Does anyone have pre and post going live lightning survey questions they could share?
Getting ready to start a Lighting pilot with our sales team. SFDC presentations I've seen suggest surveying users before and after the release of lightning. The survey before the release is to obtain a pre-lightning baseline of end users current experience with sfdc, and the after survey is to see if end user experience has changed (positive/negative).
Any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

Oh, don't I know it! This train is moving whether everyone likes it or not. Good thing is - they all (95%) like it. Some of these metrics are for management to review the success of the project, not necessarily to be a "go/no go". Our team flushed out what needed to be changed/added via the pilot support tickets we worked.
