Want to send a mass email in Lighting Experience?
Well now you can in Winter '18 with Lightning List Email, our reimagined "mass email" for Lightning Experience. This was designed with YOUR feedback, so thank you!
Some highlights:
- Send emails to lists of Leads, Contacts or Person Accounts intuitively from a list view
- Auto-complete on list views and send emails to BOTH leads and contacts at the same time!
- Compose an email from scratch, or save time and stay on message with reusable email templates
- Send emails using Content Deliveries so attachments no longer expire in 30 days
- Log list email activity in hi-fidelity, along with sending details like recipients, attachments and stats like Total Sent.
- Filter by List Emails in the timeline and in Activity Reports
Coming on the roadmap: sending list emails to campaigns, users and cases, as well as scheduling list emails.

@Austin Tam It would be extremely helpful for List Emails sent from Campaigns to show on the Campaign activity timeline! Any updates? Any reason why this isn't standard when the Related To field is populated with the Campaign when emails are sent from the Campaign record?
