How do you recommend balancing users still in classic which need a VF component on the Page Layout vs. users in Lightning, where you have the VF component in a separate display.....because then the Lightning users have their Details view un-necessarily busy with the VF component.

@Eric Shih is correct for now. We are working on ways to have separate layouts and ability to control what shows in Lightning Experience, but it will be several releases in the future.
