**** URGENT *** Please help!

I am trying to register for the Programming Assignment Essay Exam through webassessor.com and I don't see the "Register" button. The exam deadline is on May 24th and last week when I found this issue I opened a case (00156546) with salesforce certification, contacted Kryterion and my success manager hoping that the issue would be resolved soon, but according to the information I have so far is up to Salesforce Certification to enable the option for me to register. The exam is Salesforce Certification Programming Assignment - Essay Exam (SP17) (Apr. 25) AD

I'm almost done with the Advanced Developer Programming Assignment that is due on April 25th and I need to complete the essay exam to be considered for evaluation.
