Question on Optimizer. I have reviewed this help file. when I try to add IP ranges to the System Admin profile, I get a warning that if I do that, I will no longer be able to login using my personal IP address. Makes total sense.

I have setup the required IP ranges in Network Access. I am still getting an error running the Optimizer report stating "It is not me, It is Salesforce. Try again later."

I don't understand why I am asked to put these IP ranges on the profile and why adding them to network access is not enough. I am afraid I will lock other system admins out if I add these to System Admin profile including third party integrations. Can someone please help? Thank you

Did you check the logs? Error might be unrelated. It could actually be a session from another Org. Try again with a new incognito browser.
