I have a question on Lightning dashboard and reports. Clicking on a report from a Dashboard component provides the  ability to change the filters and   re-run the report which is  a  great feature that our users love. There are some filters that we are able to change and some are locked filters. What are locked filters and is there a way to unlock those filters so the users are able to change all the filters?
