Hi @Erik van den Hurk - I'm sorry you were unable to sit for your exam. I haven't had anyone mention going through Kryterion directly, but if @Test Account said she had a good experience then that might be a good approach. You can also open a case with the Certification team (if you haven't done so already) and we can look to reschedule the exam for you. If you have logged a case, please reference the case number!
