For those of you working in a consulting arrangement, I am curious as to how you decide which projects are better suited for Agile vs. Waterfall, or are you using Agile for all engagements across the board.

It is mostly client driven and varies by project for me. If they are open to guidance and it seems like the best fit I go agile. Some organizations are just not well suited for it.
