Hello Great People:

Can you please tell me if you have a definitive line (in weeks, months) or time frame for implementing Leads, Opportunities, Customer Support - this would include gathering documentation, full scope roll out. Your experiences would greatly impact my ability to set time frames as well as share with stakeholders who like to have a perspective from those well vetted. Starting from scratch to roll out - train.

    Thinking to reword this: I think asking those that know this well and teach may be a good resource and appreciate your feedback.

    Wondering if there are any resources or formal documentation in setting up of:

    Case/Customer Support (Service Cloud)

    Also, Does anyone have any timeline project management tools that could provide time metrics on setting up: (Configuring and Implementing)

    Leads

    Opportunities

    Case/support

    * For an org with 500+ users and somewhat complex data sharing model *

    This would be helpful for my communications - as well as going forward managing projects.
