I am Anjali,currently learning Salesforce.I planned to complete 401 certification on last saturday (12th Sep 2015)through online.While registering for 401 on friday(11th Sep 2015),accidentally instead of 401,501 exam was selected and registered for that.I realized after receiving acknowledgement mail from Salesforce team and immediately raised a case to reschedule my exam at same time on Saturday(i.e., 12th Sep,2015) by updating to 401.But did not receive any response from them.I have been waiting for the reply for 4 days from salesforce team,no response is received.

Now my query is as follows:

When they look into my case,will they refund the money or give me the voucher code as i did not attend the exam by raising the case in prior??In case,if they provide the exam voucher code,can i give that exam voucher code to any of my friends to register for their exam.This is because I want to complete the certification as early as possible by registering to 401 by paying again.Whatever the voucher code will be provided by them after few days,I want to give to someone else to register for their exam.
