I transitioned my Advanced Developer certification last month, but on checking verification site, I only have Platform Developer II, I don't have Platform Developer I. Is this the expectation?

Also, if I will transition my Developer certification to App Builder, will I still pay the annual Maintenance Fee for this year for Developer Track?
