Hello, I'm Kelly, and I've been working with Salesforce, primarily as an admin, for a couple years now. We implemented the Service cloud for our internal Help Desk. We also manage an outsourced call center, and I was responsible for getting that instance configured. I am interested in participating in the meetups, but unfortunately my Wednesdays are pretty occupied for the next several weeks.
