Hi All,

I had scheduled a Salesforce Developer Online proctored exam for yesterday, however I realized that I was not meeting the hardware & software requirements for Online exam and opened a case to get the exam rescheduled with onsite option yesterday. I haven't received any response so far. Appreciate if anyone can help me on this. I need to complete my certification at the soonest. Case # is 66365
