I think I speak for all Premium Pass holders here. We all feel as though the value of the pass is really not worthwhile. Very few Salesforce employees at the conference are aware of it or what it does. There are only a handful of lounges scattered. There just doesn't seem to be much value in it. Every person has been discussing this in the lounges. We are all pretty upset with spending the money on it and not really able to point to one good reason we got it. Perhaps there are perks we are just not aware of but finding information on this app, the dreamforce website, or asking people is so vague. I suggest in the future really making it a worthwhile purchase and improving the education of the employees and resources available on this app/online.
