Hey. Any tips on passing the Advanced certification?

I have been a certified admin for 2 years now and I am up to date as of Summer 14 release! I use the sales cloud so not confident in the service cloud topics - any advise as to how to describe the features of salesforce which enable interaction between support agents and customers?

Also, i don't remember Auditing and Monitoring being on the course - what should i focus on for this area?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated :)
