I know a lot of people say "if you've done it for a while, you'll be fine'. That may be true for the multiple choice test (though even there you need to know the in's and out's of most components, full order of execution, and what will/will not happen in a trigger). But for the practical, you pretty much need to not only know your stuff, but also do it properly. Out of the box as much as possible (such as native pagination), TRUE tests (meaning positive/negative, bulk load, run As, create your own data, etc), and following their requirements to the "T". I personally had 26 tests.
