Public Sector Solutions gives governments a 360-degree view of constituents, and components designed to deliver personalized services to constituents.
Benefits of the Modular Approach
The needs of governments across geographies and departments are different, and one single solution can’t cater to all of them. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, Public Sector Solutions lets you pick a combination of components that address your specific needs. It’s like getting just the ingredients that you need to bake your favorite cake.
For example, a government agency that gives out business licenses needs to take applications from prospective business owners, inspect the business locations for compliance, and issue the licenses. This process involves a compliance officer, application reviewers and approvers, and field inspectors working together to assess, inspect, and approve the application.
Public Sector Solutions provides a low-code/no-code digital toolkit that you can use to create dynamic forms that quickly capture the right application data from constituents. And constituents can apply using a public portal created with Experience Cloud. Meanwhile, the application reviewer can see everything in one place: parent applications, dependent applications, recommended next steps, and all related tasks. Since the data model is flexible, you can set up dependencies between application types and permit types to ensure that constituents apply for all the related permissions in one go.
Prebuilt apps like License and Permit Management and Inspections Management make it a seamless process for government officials to take applications, assign inspections, assess eligibility or compliance, and approve licenses or benefits. Reviewers and approvers can easily access the applications that need their attention using the org, and field inspectors can use any device to access their inspection tasks. In short, you get to choose components to build a tailored solution that can address the needs of different agencies.
