Looking for feedback about the Mobile Offline capabilities of the Salesforce App.
The company that I work for is interested in pursuing using the Salesforce app for users who are in a place where they don't have reliable or consistent WiFi connections. We are looking for other folks who already use the mobile app in this way, and interested in how they feel about it's functionality and usability. Do you use it? Do your employees use it? Has it proven useful? Does it cause confusion? Are people able to access what they really need without the internet connection? Would love to hear the community's thoughts on this feature! (P.S. Yes, I know there are lots of trailheads on this! I've done some of them, but I'm really interested in personal thoughts and experiences from engaging with the Mobile Offline capabilities from real world scenarios and people!)
