Our upper management would like to know what household naming convention you use. How many household members do you include in the name? Do you use middle initials?
Thanks!
That's a really good question! I've only just taken over the account and I'm fairly new to SF, so I'm not sure. Does anyone else know? If not, I can try to find out...
We have a Custom name for the Household {!{!FirstName}} {!LastName} Household - {!Account.BillingState} . However, when there is a change in the Address (people do move to different states), the name doesn't update. IS there around this, or should we just be updating it manually?
#NPSP #Householdnames #State #NPSPAdminsThanks,

@Karen Fitton thank you! I did see that, but wanted to find out if I had another options to make it update....... I guess manually it is.
