Mission:
To build a community of women-identified developers who empower, educate and support other women developers to reach their next level of success while supporting aspiring women developers. By doing our part to educate, mentor and support these women, we contribute to a more equitable ratio between men and women in development positions, thus in tech careers. We do this by providing a supportive, safe space for women to express themselves about struggles women developers uniquely face while focusing on solutions as a group. We freely share knowledge to help each other grow our skillsets through online workshops and classes taught by group members or guests.
