Zero Keyboard User Group

We're looking for users to gather feedback and experience of Zero Keyboard users to make the app evolve in the right direction and empower Salesforce mobile users.

Back to school!

Last week we released version 4 of our app. We've brought lot's of improvement to the way the app works, making it faster and more stable.

On the new feature side, now all events and tasks show you a detailed list of contact with direct call and mail available!

Have fun with the app!

A small update for our followers. Hope you all enjoy summer!

For those who are still on the road and working, we have an update out this week. It contains lots of small technical and graphical improvement.

And we're now starting to work on all the key evolutions that we hope to bring with us in San Francisco for Dreamforce. Be prepared!

Hi everyone,

It's been a long time, but we're back with exciting news:

- Last month our app has been used to deliver more than 6000 updates to Salesforce, most of them being contact creation. Considering an average of 5 minutes saved per update (retyping, selection, Salesforce loading time) it's about 60 days of work that were saved!

- We have been listening to our users and made big change to simplify our app even further. We have just released a brand new version that allows you to call contacts with one touch, adds simplified calendar synchronization and has a clearer and faster navigation.

- Last but not least, we'll announce a new free product this month so stay tuned!

I wish you all an excellent week

Cheers

You can now initiate call with Zero Keyboard!

One month ago, we announced we were working on a new calling feature. Well, here it is! You can now directly call your contacts form our app with a simple touch when logging a call.

Go ahead and try it!

#Idea Is there some way to have access to a summary of all the entries that a person made via ZK? For example, if a Sales Rep is at an event and they've entered 20 Leads, then it would be advantageous for them to be able to double check that all of them are in Campaign in SFDC. @Jorge Rodriguez

    Hi Jorge,

Sorry for the late reply, last week has been quiet busy. One easy way to solve this could be to manage a custom field "created by ZK" that you would set to 1 using the SalesForce actions.

This way you would able to use that filter not only on the campaign level, but also in leads list. It would also allow you to quickly identify ZK creations.

Would that be a solution for you ?

Hello everyone!

New week, new ideas. We are currently working on the improvement of the call logging workflow. We have already clear ideas of how things will work, but we would also like to have your opinion as users.

  • How do you use the "Log a call" workflow?
  • How would you like to use it?
  • Is calling from the app the right feature?
  • Are you calling contacts? Lead? Both?

Let us know what you think.

We're waiting for your comments!

    Hi Geraldine,

    Thanks for your feedback.

If I understand you correctly you would like to be able to record call and get a transcript? Is that correct?

Considering logging event, you can add events and choose a past date, you can even link that to an opportunity. Would that answer your needs?
