Our MC audience had a "Keep Activity for 1 year" setting but was eating up a huge amount of SF data storage. I changed the audience Sync Setting to "Sync Subscriber Only". In testing that, however, I have found that newly created Contacts are NOT automatically syncing to our audience like they did before. I'm having trouble finding clear answers online, so please jump in if you can tell me: (1) Does some degree of "Keep Activity" have to be selected in order for automatic subscriptions to happen? (2) Can you provide or point me in the direction of a resource that clearly outlines what the "Sync Subscriber Only" option will and will not do?

Hi @Toni Alander The Sync Subscriber Only setting does not stop new Contacts from syncing to Mailchimp. It only stops Mailchimp activity, such as opens and clicks, from being stored in Salesforce, which helps reduce data storage. If your new Contacts are no longer syncing, the issue is likely with the audience sync settings, filters, or the integration itself. I recommend reviewing the sync configuration and checking the sync logs to identify why new records are not being added.
