We are using NPSP for Salesforce, when a contact is created it creates a household (OOTB rules were utilized), right now the household is the last name of the contact, this is causing us to have many households with the same name.
Would love recommendations on best practice for naming Households in NPSP?

@Jamie Moran There you go. That's the issue. Automatic Household Naming is disabled, so the default name is the Last Name because the Account has to have a name. You need to configure it.
