- I am using the CG Cloud Offline App and encountering the following error: "No Sales_Organization_User__c record found for user!" during sync.
- The Sales Organization User record has already been created and mapped to the user.
- I have provided Read access for both the Sales Organization and Sales Organization User objects.
- The record is accessible and visible to the user in Salesforce.
- Despite these configurations, the issue still persists during mobile sync.

Hi,
Can you verify that you have created a User Setting record for the user, and Sales Org, Mobile Sales Org and Language Postfix values are populated on the user record? This maybe a potential reason for not finding the Sales Org User record.
