Last week I volunteered to help out a friend’s company by doing some pro bono admin work. The issue is Authenticator. I was in their system a few years ago. We changed my personal email in the system and set me up as an admin but when I try to change my password I don’t see the company listed in Authenticator. So I can’t change my password and can’t find where to input  the 2 word phrase spit out by Authenticator. Granted I haven’t work in the platform in 2 years but I haven’t experienced this problem before.
