Hello - Is there any way to see the actual email that was sent with the transaction in Conga Sign? I know I can see when the email was sent, but a user is asking if they can see the actual email itself.

In Conga Sign, users can see when an email was sent for a transaction, but the actual email content is not stored or viewable in Salesforce by default.
Conga Sign logs the email event and status (sent, delivered, etc.), not the full email body. Once the email is sent, the content isn’t retained for viewing.
If viewing the email content is required, the recommended options are:
- Use email logging / email archiving at the email server level
- Configure custom email templates and store a copy (for example, via automation or BCC to a shared mailbox)
- Check with Conga Support for any available advanced logging options
Out of the box, Conga Sign does not provide access to the actual sent email body.
