To calculate the free-to-spend amount, subtract the actuals and commitments from the budget. I want this calculation for each project individually and for the total.
Regarding what you've done:
I created a column for the budget and two columns for commitments and actuals. For certain projects, there may be no commitments or actuals recorded. I created a calculated field, but I am getting a null value.l.
The actuals and commitments are listed row by row in one table, and the description column distinguishes between them.
