Hi, I have added a download button from the pane in Tableau desktop:

Why doesn't the download object/button show it's custom image?

I've set it up so as to include a custom icon of a PDF for downloading:

Image included in Desktop

However, on Tableau server, it doesn't render the icon properly:

Faulty on serverI'm ticking the box to include external files when I upload, but it doesn't seem to include it, can anyone advise? If it helps, the server version is 2021.4.3 and the desktop is 2022.4.7 I've checked and the download button feature came out in Server 2020 so I wouldn't expect that to be the issue, not sure though.

Thanks,

Mike.

Sorry @Mike Moss ...overly efficient with my skim-reading!

I'm at a loss, as that is exactly the way I do it. My image is a .png and I have the include-external-files ticked when I publish.

One suggestion I did see on another thread, is to save the file as a .twbx and then publish from the .twbx (the idea being that the image in then zipped up in the .twbx file*)

*from my understanding this is what publishing (more or less) does anyway, but might be worth a go.
