Percent of Total

Hello Tableau experts,

Could you guys please help me with my tableau question. I have been trying all the quick table calculation but to no luck.

So in my picture below, say for 2016, I know Banana is 15% of the total for that year and so Apple is 85%. I basically wanted to show the actual amount and the percentage in each pie in a form of label, just like how my amount and category is shown now. I am having issue given that I have also years to consider. I have Amount field in my measures and then the date of each order. I wanted to show how much amount we get each year and the percentage of banana against apple. Could you guys help me please. Is this calculated field or something that can be treated by the Analysis tab? thanks so much to your help.

I basically wanted to show pie with 100% total for each year. Then I wanted the split of that 100% per year by order type: Branded and Other Brand. How much Payment Made for Branded and Other Branded per year againts total per year. Thanks
