Redshift serverless and Tableau

Hi,

We have a Tableau dashboard created with Redshift Serverless, but sometimes we see the following error, Please see the attached image for your reference.

Looks like this happens when Tableau dashboard is open for a long time without activity and we try to resume activity or interact with the dashboard, we see this error.

any help on why this is happening and how could we fix this would be great, Thanks.
