I am fairly new to Tableau Prep and I am trying to connect multiple tables from Snowflakes, to be precise SIX Tableas. I seem to be struggling and not getting correct results. Is there a way or possibility to JOIN more than two tables or any alternative I can try, attached is what I am trying to do.

There is no problem with joining in order.
You must set the join key appropriately.
If the key is missing, the number of records will increase.
When verifying, try filtering by a specific ID in the input icon to reduce the amount of data and check the join step (join result) of each flow.
Please note that if the amount of data is large, it will be sampled and the correct results will not be displayed. For this reason, filter the data as much as possible using the input icon to reduce the amount of data. Compare with the result that you think is correct to check whether it is processed correctly.
