Help with Moving shape to point

Question

I am at my wits end and cannot figure out what is happening to my workbook.

I have two sheets with dice and a second with a moving piece. I want my piece to move across the board when you click the dice.

why does my background image and piece disappear? when I get to a specific dice/roll. The function works fine for two "rolls" then everything disappears.

Hi @Sarah Gautam​  Here is what I'm seeing. When the dice has changed to 5... "Roll dice" has been used to filter "Dice" to 6... The other action uses "Roll dice" to filter "Point" And it looks like Point doesn't have a value for that so is filtering to nothing in essence... Also Move is set to True and the row in question has Move=False, which may be playing a part?   I suspect what you want here is a little more complex. Here are some thoughts Have separate data sets for the dice values (1-6) and the points on the board. Have parameter actions based on the dice rolls which will keep a running "score" of the total of the dice rolls and apply these to the point to display. You can do this by creating a calc "next score" = [param] + [dice val], and having that on the dice view and then an action which assigns that back to the param. You'll need a reset or restart "view" that has an action to reset the param to 0 probably.  Ta, Steve.
