Currently, the company does not have the conditions to increase the number of servers.
So, I want to assign the active/standby role to 2 servers as much as possible and separate the processes.

Tableau doesn't describe such functionality with 2 server, only 3: https://help.tableau.com/current/server/en-us/distrib_ha.htm
But a common practice is to keep a backup standby (possibly restoring a backup on the standby server every night) to be up-and-running after an issue ASAP.
The HA as described on aforementioned URL works by synchronizing all content and configuration on multiple servers, so the user won't ever (...) notice any degradation. But that involves at least 3 nodes, which if I understood correctly isn't an option.
The 'blue-green' deployment seems the best option to me (with the added benefit of easier upgrades)
