Select Filter value automatically

Hi,

I have a requirement where I want to show State and city wise sales.

State filter is 'All values in database' and City filter is ' Only relevant values'.

State filter can have ' All' values' and city filter has to be single selection without 'All'

If I select any state from filter then City is showing relevant values so if i select any city from it it is giving the right output however if i then go and select another state then it is still showing the previously selected city.
