Is there a performance difference of a published packaged workbooks vs a workbook (non packaged)?

@John Sobczak​  no, it should be any differences on published ones.

When you open them on the Desktop version there is a difference, the package is acting like an archive and may work slower. Remember to save as simple workbook if you intend to do more developments.
