I have a footnote that applies to 2 charts in my dashboard, I don't want to be repetitive and add the footnote under both charts since it is a lengthy note. Any suggestions? I am thinking superscripts but have not been successful with superscripts.

I'd suggest creating the note as a static calculation, and then, if your charts are single views, add the note-static-calc as a detail so it will be available to add to the caption. Otherwise, if the charts are dashboards, create a view that just shows the static text calc and add to the dashboard.
