Selected month totals current year and previous years.

I'm looking to make a line chart for a user selected month that will show the amount for that month from the current year to previous years.

Example.  User select June.  The chart will have the amounts for June 2018, June 2017, June 2016 etc.

I've been trying with parameters and filters, but only getting part way.
