please help on month percentage calculation .
if we select wdc00001 we have 38 service no minimum it has to respond 48 ... some are responding more than that.
if we select December as month it has 31 days
38*48*31=56,544
i want the percentage response for each DC and service no per month.
i'm attaching the work sheet.

37 one service no is not responding.....
48 means per every hour servcie no has to respond twice....(24*2) maximum per day.....
