I have 3 fields:
-Year as YYYY format
-Month as MMMM (i.e. March, April, etc..)
-Year-Month as YYYYMM
I am trying to create a new date field with no luck.
I don't really need a day to be part of it, since the data refers to the end of the month.
Also, I am connecting to a data cube so the DATEPARSE function is not available.

Try this calculated field. It will create a date on the first of the month. We could make this the last of the month, if desired, but doesn't sound like it matters.
DATE([Month] + " 1, " + STR([Year]))
