trying to add an account filter to a list view and I have account names with commas, how do I get to not see the internal comma as a separator? I have tried using quotes but no dice. IE: how do I had Salesforce, Inc. to the filter?

To work around this limitation without failing on the comma separator, you can use the "starts with" or "contains" operator instead of "equals" and type the unambiguous beginning portion of the name (e.g., entering "Salesforce" to capture the record). Alternatively, if exact matching is required, creating a custom formula field on the Account object that strips or replaces commas (such as substituting them with a hyphen or space) allows list view filters to evaluate the clean string reliably.
