User encountered login rate exceeded in Salesforce Loyalty. This is the account used by SFCC to connect Loyalty management.

Hi @Garnett Ho - We faced something similar 2 yrs before for integration user. We logs in to salesforce each time from integration user and that resulted in error. Then a solution was adopted to retain session (Based on session time out settings added the session remains active) and that resolved the issue. Hope this helps
