(Trailhead Legend) Sharing one way agents are impacting your business

As a partner, we have implemented many AF agents but are not using them much in our org. We have however implemented Slackbot and it has been a gamechanger. Since it is tied into our org + our G Drive + historical channels and posts, I can find just about anything about our business - right in the interface we use for daily communications. On top of that it automatically summarizes channels and creates action items & follow-up reminders. It's like the assistant I never had or knew I needed!
