- We are unable to set up an alternative authenticator and we can't connect external hard drives or Bluetooth to our work. It's impacting all users who don't have a Gmail account. We can't create the passkeys required for authentication and need exemptions for both Non-admin and Admin users.

Hello @Kent Hendricks, have you tried setting up a Windows Hello / Touch ID / FaceID phishing-resistant MFA, or testing a physical security key as explained below ?
