I want to create dynamic lists based on URL parameters from prospect activity (page visits). Example scenario: a page visit to example.com/?utm_medium=paid-display would trigger the prospect to be added to a list: Paid Display Influence. I expected to see an option like "Prospect has Visited Page" (or similar) in the dynamic list rules dropdown, but I don't. Thank you!

like @Hollie Francis said, you can only use page actions or custom redirects, unfortunately automation rules/dynamic lists/engagement studio does not answer your particular query.
