I am creating a MuleSoft flow that sends documents to IDP to extract information and create records in Salesforce using the extracted data.
When the flow receives a MANUAL_VALIDATION_REQUIRED status for a document, an email is sent to the reviewers, but when they go to the Review Tasks in IDP UI, there is nothing to review.
Why is this happening?

, the most common issues thsi could happen is becauise
the document type is not linked to a Review Queue, or the queue has no active users.
Check following items
- IDP → Document Types → confirm Review Queue is selected
- IDP → Review Queues → confirm active users are assigned
- Verify Mule is sending to the same IDP environment reviewers are logging into
In most cases, it’s a queue configuration issue not a Mule flow problem.
