I am trying to create a new segment called "Lead Info" based on the Unified Individual as per the trailhead instructions: Create Segments and Reports with Data 360 Insights. Although my Calculated Insights named Unified Individual Case Counts has been created and published, it does not show up in the related attributes at the time of creating the segment. I have searched with different keyword combinations but still don't seem to find the calculated insight field. Can anyone help to resolve this issue? Am I missing something?
Hi @Avipsa Roy - For calculated insights you would have created an aggregate element in the visual builder. Make sure you have required columns in output of CI and it ran successfully. This should be by default available post this.
